The inclusion of a microwave oven, coffee/tea makers, and a fridge in the triple room was a nice touch. The location was secure and convenient for me, right in the middle of Jackson. It was close to excellent restaurants and a truck stop.

We had an unexpected situation during our stay at Super 8, but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Despite the late hour and the hotel being fully booked, they found a solution for our damaged vehicle and even allowed us to bring our puppy along. The location was also very convenient for our needs. we appreciated the efforts made by the staff to make our stay comfortable.

Drawbacks: The room cleanliness could have been better and there were some maintenance issues.

The bed was comfortable, clean room and bedding, great water pressure, close to Walmart and restaurants, pet friendly, well-kept pool.

We had a great stay at Super 8! Despite being an older motel, our room was surprisingly clean and quiet. The comfortable bed and pillows ensured a good night's sleep, and the separate vanity and shower/bath/toilet rooms were convenient for our family. The breakfast, though simple, met our expectations. We were also pleasantly surprised that the noise from the nearby trucks wasn't as bad as we anticipated. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.
